At 1st Parcel Direct we are committed to the use of leading edge technologies which have the benefit of increasing productivity and improving levels of customer service.

We have an ongoing programme, which continuously reviews the technologies we deploy to ensure they are the most appropriate and are matched to our customers' business needs. Existing technologies include systems which enable us to optimise productivity from in-house operations and deliver enhanced levels of service from a customer aspect.

GPS-enabled mobile data units (Locator Trackers) are deployed across our national fleet of couriers. The couriers receive their jobs on the Locator Trackers, confirm acceptance of the jobs, pick up and delivery of the packages.
